1. Resident of Prince George’s County
2. Current student at Prince George’s Community
College
3. Minimum GPA of 3.0
4. Submit a portfolio of six (6) pieces of polished
writing that the applicant considers representative
of his/her work
5. Essay should indicate talent and interest in the areas
of creative writing and/or journalism and your goals
as a writer.
