Part-time Students
1. Must be enrolled in Construction Development
Institute courses (building maintenance engineer,
HVAC/R, or locksmith security technology)
• Building Maintenance Engineer—
must be enrolled in Building
Maintenance Engineer Level I or Level II
• HVAC/R—must be enrolled
in HVAC/R Level I, Part II.
• Locksmith Security Technology—must be
enrolled in Locksmithing 201 or 202
2. Must demonstrate financial need
3. Resident of Prince George’s County
4. For tuition and fees only
