County.
2. A resident of southern Prince George’s County.
3. A minimum GPA of 2.5.
4. Degree seeking program(s) full-time student.
5. Demonstrated financial need.
6. Essay (provided by Kappa Foundation): Why Obtaining a College Degree is Critical to My Future.
