a. Full or part-time student
b. Demonstrated financial need
c. Have and maintain minimum GPA of 2.5
d. Enrolled in a certificate or degree program in Technology, Engineering, and Construction Department
e. Intent to work in Maryland following graduation at Prince George’s Community College
