1. Enrolled in one of the following Degree Programs (Art, Communications, or Music)
2. Minimum 2.5 GPA (transcripts required)
3. U.S. Citizen
4. Resident of Prince George’s County
5. Enroll in and maintain a minimum of 6 credit hours during semester of award at PGCC
6. Demonstrate financial need
7. Preference will be given to individuals who: have a disability; and/or is a single parent of one or more dependents.
