a. Full-time or Part-time Student enrollment in Prince George’s Community College
b. Pursuing an Associate Arts degree with a major in the Visual Arts
c. GPA of 2.5 or higher
d. Financial need
e. Highschool Seniors
B or higher in all H.S. art classes or Recommendation from H.S. Art teacher
f. Current Prince George’s Community College Students
B in all credit art classes taken at Prince George’s Community College or Recommendation from Prince George’s Community
College Art instructor
