3. Must be a U.S. citizen
4. Demonstrate financial need
5. Enrolled at Prince George’s Community College
full-time or part-time (credit or non-credit)
6. Must be unemployed or underemployed
7. Provide three letters of recommendation
(only one can be from a family member)
8. Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above
