2. Minimum 2.5 GPA
3. Minimum of 12 credit hours completed at Prince George’s Community College
4. Enroll in and maintain 12 credit hours during semester of award
5. Minimum of two (2) speech courses completed at Prince George’s Community College with a grade of A or B, or one (1) completed and one (1) in progress to be completed by June 2022.
6. Resident of Prince George’s County
