Barbara Engh Legacy Nursing Scholarship

Restrictions/Criteria:
1. Applicant must be enrolled in any nursing program including LPN to RN or EPN to
RN
2. Applicant must be in their second, third, or fourth semester to be awarded.
3. Applicant must submit a complete application.
4. Scholarship Recipient must attend the Pinning Ceremony during the semester of their
submitted application. The Barbara Engh Legacy Nursing Scholarship Advisory
Board will recognize the recipient during the ceremony.

Applicant must provide an essay responding to the following questions:
a. Why should you be chosen as the Barbara Engh Legacy Nursing Scholarship recipient?
b. Why you decided to enter the Nursing field?
c. What is the financial barrier that is hindering your success?
