2. Resident of Prince George’s County
3. Graduate of a Prince George’s County high school
4. Letter of recommendation from an organization
5. The applicant should engage or maintain an interactive association with a campus organization after receiving the award.
Special Essay Required: Why community colleges have and need volunteers. Also identify any needs you’re aware of and address meeting them.
