*Full-time Students *
1. Prince George’s County resident
2. Graduate of high school in Prince George’s County within the last 10 years
3. Current full-time Prince George’s Community College student or high school senior accepted for admissions to PGCC
4. Minimum 3.0 GPA or equivalent at time of application
5. Maintain minimum 3.0 GPA to renew scholarship for subsequent semester (up to a total of four semesters-not including summer session)
6. Demonstrate financial need
7. Preference to students majoring in African American Studies
